First meeting


Our dentists can see you in London or Budapest and give you a detailed treatment plan. Budapest consultations are free, and there is a small charge in London which is deductible from the cost of your treatment. Contact us to make an appointment or book online now.			You can also visit a clinic in Budapest to have immediate treatment. 1. Let us know when you would like to travel and we will pre-book your appointment. 2. We will e-mail or call to offer specific dates and times. 3. We confirm your booking upon receipt of your flight details.

Treatment options

We can carry out most treatments in London.

This costs somewhat more than in Budapest (doesn't everything in London) - but can save you a trip.

At the consultation your dentist will explain your options.

You can save up to 70% by travelling to Budapest for treatment.

Our customers book their own low cost flights.

Please don't forget to give us your flight number and exact arrival time!

Accommodation


Choose from the options on our website and we will be glad to make reservations on your behalf. Mention your preferences – would you rather stay in a hotel or an equipped apartment? Would you like to be located near the centre of the city or close to the clinic?			Expedia is a good place to start.

Confirmation

We will reconfirm all the details of your trip approximately one week prior to your departure.

Airport transfer

Airport transfer by our contracted taxi company is offered free of charge to customers who book their accommodation through VitalEurope for their entire stay. Upon request, we can arrange this service for other customers for a fee of 5300 HUF (approx. 15 GBP) one way.

The Taxi Company's helpful driver will meet you at the airport, provide you with a personalized information package and drive you safely to your hotel.

Assistance

Our friendly and professional Customer Care staff provides continuous assistance. A representative can be reached during your stay via our help-line.

Please note it takes us approximately two weeks lead time to organize your dental trip. If short notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate but we do not guarantee availability for your treatment at your clinic or for your lodgings.
We do not book your flights, but provide links on our website to the main low cost airlines for your convenience.
